Overview

Whether bilateral or multilateral, it requires the ability to analyze the balance of power, anticipate positions, and develop solutions that are acceptable to the various parties.

This training course offers a practical and hands-on approach to international negotiation. It enables participants to master the key stages of the negotiation process—from preparation to execution—and to develop the methods and instincts needed to act effectively in complex, high-stakes situations.
