This training program offers a strategic and operational approach to crisis management, based on situation analysis, risk anticipation, decision-making, and communication. It provides a better understanding of the mechanisms at work in crisis situations and helps participants develop the skills needed to respond in environments characterized by urgency, uncertainty, complexity, and pressure.

The program is offered in person or online and can be customized to meet the specific needs and challenges of each group. A five-day intensive session combining Crisis Management and International Negotiation can also be offered.

Training Methodology

The training program emphasizes an immersive and practical approach, based on analysis, scenario-based exercises, and decision-making in crisis situations.

Theoretical concepts and practical insights to help you master the fundamentals of crisis management;

Crisis management simulations and exercises to develop decision-making and coordination skills;
Role-playing exercises and debriefings, to practice communication and learn from the scenarios studied.
